LOVE IT!

Tonight I need to finish blogging some more "Catch Up" posts on our day at the beach in April, the Kentucky Derby party, Mother's Day, etc... I am so behind! But, I just had to tell y'all about the awesome painting that my sweet babysitter, Janet, surprised me with tonight for Mother's Day! Janet has been keeping our boys since Fisher was born three years ago and she is like a part of our family! We were happy and sad at the same time to see her go off to college this past year, but she always calls when she is in town visiting her family and always makes the time to come by and see us! Today she text me and said she was going to stop by the house because she had something to bring me.. I had no idea what it could be! When she walked in with this PRECIOUS painting, I almost cried! I simply adore it!!!

Isn't it the cutest thing ever!!! I have already hung it on the wall in our kitchen! It will definetely be going into "baby girl's" room! 

So I guess this is the best way to announce her name, many of you know that we have been calling her SADIE ever since we started this adoption journey! I will do a post later on explaining where and how this name came about! It is definetely another "God wink" story! Hope y'all have had beautiful weather in your neck of the woods like we have had today! The boys have enjoyed playing in the sprinkler (fully dressed!) and swinging on the swingset tonight! We enjoyed a yummy dinner on the back deck tonight, it was perfect! Have a great week, y'all! 

p.s Today's latest adoption update:  spoke with our social worker today and she is promising me that our home study will FINALLY be completed on Wednesday... yayyyyy! Once I read over it, she can submit it to AGCI for review and HOPEFULLY everything will look great and we can get that I-600A form on its way to USCIS next week! Then it is more fingerprints, a little more waiting (hopefully only a couple of weeks, recieve our FDL (favorable determination letter) and then...... WAITLIST!!!! 

I am praying that we will be on the waitlist by my birthday in June! That would be the best bday present ever!
