Three steps closer!

I know I said that my next post would be on the second part of our wonderful Christmas, BUT I just had to update my blog with the steps we have taken in our adoption this week! SO EXCITING! Yesterday I went down to our local Police Department to be fingerprinted, quite interesting! This is for our FBI and SBI background checks. Hoping that Justis will have his completed tomorrow! And also yesterday, I took ALL THREE BOYS (believe me, I never do this!) to the Dr. by myself! This was for their adoption physicals! As you can see from the pictures, taking all three of them at the same time can be quite interesting! Our AGCI contracts arrived in Oregon to our agency on Monday and on Thursday we are scheduled for our Dossier run through call! This will be an informative call to let us know what we need to know to begin working on our dossier! Just FYI... a dossier (pronounced da-see-aye) is basically a collection of a BUNCH of paperwork to be sent off to the our agency as well as the Ethiopian government. This process will take us approximately 4 months and then, once our dossier is approved, we will be on the waitlist... YAYYY! We are so excited to be just a few steps closer this week to our little girl! Hope to finish up our Christmas pictures, Jack's bday party, our new doggie, etc. soon! We have been rather busy the past few weeks! The weather here in NC is pretty yucky outside which is great for me to get housework and adoption work done today! Happy Tuesday
